The GPS leads through roads where trucks are forbidden and will give lots of anxiety. The company should put instructions how to get there with the bill. There is a very steep hill at the hidden entrance next to a storage facility. Had to return to change it to 5 star. Everyone here was so polite.

That entrance cost them a star. That's dangerous. They at least need a light. But other than that I'm always loaded very quickly. Always respectful of how I'd like it loaded. Usually out gate to gate 1 hour.

Very respectful people they let you stay overnight after you check in at the security shack in night ,,, Best way to get to the company if you come from I 90 take exit 56 then right at us 25 around 4 miles take left on lake Marian Rd

I have been to two different trainings in North Kansas City. Both were exceptionally informative, and I must say I learned quite a bit at both classes, technique, and chemical base. Very friendly staff very informative, intelligent group of folk hospitality none better
