Terrible company from the top down. We first had a meeting with salesman/foreman Nick Noel on 2 Oct, 2013. He said our job would take about four (4) weeks, but if we signed the contract that day, he would "make sure" it was completed for Halloween. We wanted a spillover hot tub installed to our already existing pool. In order to accommodate that, he said we should extend our pool by four (4) feet. We agreed. 5 star rating. Very impressed from the beginning. . We wanted something special and over the top, without breaking the bank so to speak... Great price, great service, and without a doubt, an awesome pool! FIVE STARS FOR A FIVE STAR COMPANY....I recommend Mr. Noel and his crew.

I had the best experience ever!! Nick Noel is ahead of the game in terms of technical knowledge and did an OUTSTANDING job making the service more personal and attentive. He walked me through through the entire process and gave me a ton of tips on how to take care of all my equipment in the future. I am truly amazed that there are still people out their that care that much about their jobs and take great personal ownership of the work that they do. Polynesian installed our pool and did an outstanding job with the pool BUT NOT THE CONCRETE. They hired a company that did a poor job. We paid about $10k extra for stamped and colored concrete and it cracked horribly and the coloring was so slippery and chipped it looked bad and was unsafe. We brought an independent expert out who told us that it was a "hot Load" of concrete, whatever that means and needed to be replaced. I've been pleased with the work of Polynesian pools in the past but the service department is HORRIBLE! Not only was I unable to get a simple answer to a simple question, but he (service-man) continued to cut me off mid-sentence consistently! He seemed to get very frustrated and would repeat himself over and over, as if to hear himself speak. He continued to speak in slang for no apparent reason at all ("that's how we roll") when asking if a motor could be replaced in my hot tub. When I asked him if I could finish my questio... read more

Not sure why some of the other reviews are negative, but my opinion is the exact opposite. They are approximately 80% complete with my installation (as of 20 June 2012) and I can't say enough about their amazing service. Everyone involved has been extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We have always been kept in the loop every step of the way. The crews are respectful and approachable. Worst Service ever – Tried to buy and have a new pool liner installed. They promised that the liner would be in on Wednesday and they could install that day or the next. Did not receive any calls on Wednesday saying the liner was in. I finally called them on Thursday morning was told they could install that day and they would call me back, three hours later no call, called again and they said they had set up installation for Friday (even though I specifically told them I would not be home that day). Horrid business – It is a miracle that this company is in business. They have atrocious service. They do not do what they say, show up when they said they will, and are generally worthless. Buyer beware, if you give them your money they will forget that you even exist.
