We stayed there for our family trip to Disney and forgot some of our belongings in the dishwasher including two large yeti cups and a collectible Stanley mug. We called immediately after realizing and while they had the two cups they claimed to not have the Stanley. It’s clear their staff stole it because we knew for a fact we placed them there to dry and simply forgot them as we packed up all of our kids’ belongings to head out. How do you have some but not all? So obvious.
I first want to mention by name the two exceptional employees working at your hotel Josue and A'naia. They were pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. Josue was very accomodating when he changed our room from the second floor to the first floor as my husband was unable to climb the stairs due to recent knee surgery. A'naia was able to program on our phone an easier route to the airport based on the fact that there had been an accident on route 4 which helped us to avoid the situation.
