HORRIBLE!!! I am completely dissatisfied with this association. The property manager HECTOR LOPEZ is disrespectful and does nothing, but tell you that your issues do not matter to him. The security is nasty and rude to guests as well as the residence. The security also gives special treatment to their friends. I felt discriminated against while living here. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. THE CHILDREN ARE RUNNING AROUND WILD AND COMPLETELY UNSUPERVISED THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY, VANDALIZING THE PLACE, TRASHING IT AND DISRESPECTING ADULTS. THE ELEVATORS GET STUCK ALL THE TIME AND THEY SMELL LIKE WET DOG, SINCE THEY ALLOW ANIMALS AND THE RESIDENTS DO NOT CLEAN AFTER THEM. THE POWER GOES OFF IN THE LAUNDRY FACILITY IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR WASH AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. CARS GET STOLEN FROM THEIR PARKING LOT ALL THE TIME. IT’S LIKE A SHOPPING CENTER FOR THIEVES.
