Polymer was hired to do a new 4 bedroom septic system to accomodate an ADU. A year later discovered the design also required an auxiliary connection permit. Chris stated he did not know about the ADU but would do the ACP then ghosted me for 6 weeks until I hired another septic designer. 4 bedroom septic design did not include distribution pump and county required that so had another 3 week delay and additional cost. Entire project delayed 4-5 months for septic design failures.
We are moving to Camano from out of state and Chris has been extremely helpful to us. He obviously knows the land and processes around Camano like the back of his hand, and his frank and candid advice is very much appreciated! I can’t imagine doing this without his help.
Great one-stop shopping for all Land-Use questions. Septic, Critical Areas, Setbacks, Bluffs, Waterfront, Wetlands, Wells, you name it. Despite the name, very affordable too! Chris is extremely knowledgeable and well worth the time and money to get it right the first time!
