I used RetroFoam company to install the Polymaster insulating foam. As well as the insulating quality of the foam I was pleasantly surprised at the noise reduction. I live adjacent to a major highway. Big trucks start blazing down the road at 5:30am. The first night I didn't even wake up at 5:30am when the trucks started blazing past.
