I love thos place is my job
If I could give a negative star I would. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional.
I contacted Bob with Polyfabrics to create a custom vinyl cover for some grappling mats. Bob was quick to respond, process the order and ship it out. When it arrived we realized the cover was cut too short. Seconds after letting Bob know, he promised to take care of it and make it right and he did just that. I really appreciate the accountability when an honest mistake was made.
