Do not recommend. They sent someone round to inspect. Recommend a product. Installer turns up and says he cannot guarantee it will be prefect (why recommend the product) then installs it. Part of flooring started coming off the floor and the main Director, trying to be clever, asks you a stupid question about sending them a sample, then tries to blame you for agreeing to them agreeing to lay a sub standard product they recommended in the first place!
