I was assigned Dr Gabriel as my family doctor. I could never describe enough the lack of interest he has on me as a patient and the lack of care. Been trying for months to get an in person appointment and the most of it is a phone call where he disregarded the symptoms and results I got from ER. If it wasnt because I went to a private clinic, I would have been still taking tylenol as it seems is the only medicine Dr. Gabriel knows.
The staff needs sensitivity training. They don't need to deadname me everytime.
我2022年9月21日在这里做的核酸检测。绝对差评！大家去中国做核酸千万不要去这家。检验报告结果出来后也不发到邮箱，打电话给客服没人接。还需要在临起飞前自己去诊所取打印件。前台说迟一些会发检测报告到邮箱结果是骗人，一直没发。差点误机。大家千万别去这家诊所！后来他们还以我提供的邮件地址有误为借口。
Mixed experience with the doctors, but the front desk is an absolute disaster. The first doctor I saw rushed through the appointment without asking questions. However, the second doctor was wonderful, explained everything clearly, and wrote up the notes I needed. Unfortunately, the administrative staff completely failed.
