Extremely poor follow up by the staff. I had some lab work done 2 months ago and still haven’t heard back from anyone about the results. I called RCH to confirm they sent the results to the clinic and the doctor, then called Polycan 4 separate times and emailed them twice to ask if they received my results, but nobody could give me an answer or bother calling back when they could. Very Kind and Excellent 1:1 services!
This place is sketchy as hell. They only work on wednesdays. With very few Rmt acupuncture specialists not a real health clinic. We said we got a family doctor and then we had one 15 min video call and the next time we want to book an appoinment we are told only then our family doctor is left without a trace. We haven’t benn even notified. It is not even clear which services you can get from whom. Very high turn around.
