Unfortunately had a terrible experience with this company and will never be using again. My resin kit order was missing an item and only after a week and a half, multiple calls made, promises of call backs which never happened, being made to go and measure the area again to see if I would really need the item as it would cost them money to send it out, being told to go to Screwfix to get the part, being told the operational manager would be in touch and he never did, then sending the missed item out incorrectly again, me rea... read more

Hi. I've been calling for two days now and asking for replacement trim. I ordered flexi trim from your company. I received standard aluminum trim. I can't make a circle out of it. I think the negative feedback about ignoring me will speed up the replacement process for the trim I ordered. Thank you.

Very happy purchasing experience. Recently purchased a 25kg bag, of a particular tyoe aggregate we wanted, and got a quote for £33 all in with delivery. Thought this was too good to be true. Now I live in Glasgow and this quote was less than half the price of anyone else in the UK, including companies in Scotland. Still not received parcel no refund, tried faking to say we had received product but we have a ring doorbell and nothing was seen at the alleged time of delivery do not use this company.
