I am extremely disappointed with this company and their handling of what is clearly a defective product. I purchased a set of Poly Air Bags and had them installed professionally. The very first time I used them, the air line split. When I tried to make a warranty claim, I was told it was caused by heat and therefore not covered. This is simply not true. The line was nowhere near the exhaust, showed no signs of melting, and was inspected by the mechanic who installed it. It was a genuine split in the hose, a clear defect. To ... read more
I needed bits to repair my airbags due to installer being lazy (me) and their willingness to help and how quickly they sent the gear out was awesome. Great guys and great product. PS, if your kit comes with a heat shield, use it.

After installing these Polyair bellows, the ride quality became noticeably harsh, even when the vehicle was unladen. Airbag bellows on a leaf-sprung vehicle are not designed to carry or share the main load. Their intended purpose is limited to minor leveling when the suspension sags slightly under temporary weight. However, in a leaf-spring setup, using airbags for leveling reduces or eliminates the gap between the top of the spring pack and the chassis rail.
