I came in town to help a relative who had storm damage to her house looking to see you stocked a certain item. The employee who helped me was named Michelle and she went well above and beyond for me and my family during this already stressful time. Even though they didnt have in stock what I was looking for she was able to refer me to another company! Awesome customer service and professinalism.
Total lack of communication for many years. We depended on this unorganized organization for supplying vinyl fencing and they blew us off without any explanation. We purchased millions and millions of dollars in vinyl fencing from them for over a decade. Usually a semi truck load a month or more. Great company and the customer service is top notch!
Where do I start? The product that was sold to me, while it is beautiful, is a terrible product. Flimsy, weak, unstable planks. Has been installed per PVC directions, after 8 months started to sag and bend. Tried contacted them…. ZERO response. I paid $15999 for the product, meaning not including installation and the costs incurred with that process.
