Use to be a great one stop shop when that young lady michelle worked there unfortunately it has been downhill from that point. I recommend almost any other fence place
I made a order on may 23 and to this day June 25 I still haven’t got a delivery date from this company my customers are lissed at me about it which I have nothing to do with the delivery of materials but this company don’t care about there customers at all and now I’m about to lose 3 jobs because of it unacceptable and now you have lost a customer because I want buy anything else from this company until they improve and get better at there job never should take over a month to get materials unless it’s a special order item n... read more
Place is a total mess. The owner has driven this company into the ground over the past few years and the quality of the product has gone way downhill. Stay away unless you want your reputation as a business to go down too. Quality and service is sorely lacking. Drove by the other day and couldn't tell if it was a junkyard or a fence company.
I came in town to help a relative who had storm damage to her house looking to see you stocked a certain item. The employee who helped me was named Michelle and she went well above and beyond for me and my family during this already stressful time. Even though they didnt have in stock what I was looking for she was able to refer me to another company! Awesome customer service and professinalism.
Total lack of communication for many years. We depended on this unorganized organization for supplying vinyl fencing and they blew us off without any explanation. We purchased millions and millions of dollars in vinyl fencing from them for over a decade. Usually a semi truck load a month or more. Last order we tried to place we waited and waited for the truck to show up. When we asked about a tentative delivery date we were strung along.
