Best equipment company and best service for equipment that I’ve ever experienced. If their equipment needs serviced while on location the service personnel are always prompt to be there for the service. The business staff are very friendly and will help with any task at hand. All of the employees (office staff, sales staff, service staff, drivers) that I’ve had the privilege to meet are very professional, experienced and safe.

If only they cared when their drivers do something wrong. Driver was dressed for success but his driving skills are awful. And bc they "couldn't find a better way to get to the school" he did whatever he wanted & drove through our yard. When I called to speak with the " boss" a Brent Combs he just made excuse after excuse. Finally saying " well I'm sorry" was good enough for him I guess. Typical these days, no taking responsibility, I'm sure Karen got thrown around but if you damage something, it IS your fault.

Be careful, they use calender instead of business days. Quick service, but picked up before we were finished, no call. Then wanted to charge another delivery and pickup fee.
