Our boat was suddenly leaning left and I called Polylift at 11 am and they were at my dock at 1 pm for an "emergency call". They were super friendly on the phone both at the reception desk and when Sean from their service department spoke with me by phone. I felt the price was fair for an emergency call. The two technicians that came out were friendly and got right to work. Only 5 Stars, bc they don't have an option for 10 Stars! Put two new lift in for me in the last 10 months and the service and product is spot on! Nice job Mark and Matt! By the way, Louis and Kelsey are a great asset to the company! Did a great job installing my big lift!

I want to say Thank you to Mike and everyone at this business for their help. This business unlike many in todays new business world still provides excellent customer service. When I contacted them about help with a lift that had issues, they gave me a date they would be able to look at it, and the crew had to send out Mike to look at it due to more extreme problems than they were expecting. He explained what needed done to correct the problems on the lift and gave us an expected date to pick it up and take in for repair. Th... read more
