Love Dr Henninger!!! Great all around. HOWEVER, his staff is terrible. My husband left a review of them explaining how 2x they ‘forgot’ to order his glasses. The first time 2 years ago, they ‘forgot’ mine as well and I had to call them to finally get them ordered ( I waited about a month before calling only to be told they had not yet ordered either of our glasses Yesterday, I called to find out if they were in. We have been seeing Dr. Henninger now for about six years. We really enjoy his knowledge and bedside manner. Here is my issue though… for the past 2 years I went in for new glasses. Last year I was forgotten about and the glasses were never ordered and it took 3 months to get my glasses and when I received them the prescription was off. This year they did the same thing to me.
