Marc is the best. Every year my friends and I travel to a new lake and rent a boat for our fishing trip. Marc is by far the best outfit we've rented from. Knowledgeable, customer-focused, and just a great guy.
Had Marc as a boat operator last week for a couple hour trip to Wildhorse Island. Marc was awesome, from the first phone call before our trip began to getting off the boat!! He kept his eye on the weather and water conditions, gave us a good history and lots of fun facts about the area and what we were seeing. Allowed us plenty of time to hike the island, very considerate for our comfort while on the water. Highly recommend. Marc was super kind and helpful and professional. Boat was perfect. Very clean and ran great. We took the boat over to Wild Horse Island and saw lots of deer. It was a wonderful day.
Awful experience with the owner. He is extremely arrogant. Absolutely lost his cool on me and a local fire chief while launching a boat on the ramp. Ive been launching my boat here my whole life. I was so taken back by it. I would never treat anyone the way he did. Hopefully he was just having a bad day... YIKES
Great outfit to rent from. Very accommodating and genuinely nice people with nice equipment. Would highly recommend.
