Awful experience with the owner. He is extremely arrogant. Absolutely lost his cool on me and a local fire chief while launching a boat on the ramp. Ive been launching my boat here my whole life. I was so taken back by it. I would never treat anyone the way he did. Hopefully he was just having a bad day... YIKES
Great outfit to rent from. Very accommodating and genuinely nice people with nice equipment. Would highly recommend.
I’m going to start off by saying, Marc and his team are absolutely wonderful! Attentive, caring, and good people. He actually takes time to discuss and talk about things with you and truly cares if you have a great experience. We have never really boated before this year and this year we took to the seas! We’ve now been out on 5 trips this year alone and will continue to support this business. Stopped here to rent two single kayaks at around 2:15. We were told that at 3:00 there would be a single and a double available as some folks would be returning. There was a shed seemingly with several kayaks inside and a single and double laying outside, but we were told these would not be available until 3:00. We were also told that there was a two hour minimum and the price was higher than what we found at Riverside Recreation. Customer service seemed quite lacking here so we moved on and were glad we did.
My kids and I rented a speedboat from Polson boat rental and we had a blast! Highly recommend this business….we will return next year!
