We recently bought our house and our previous patio was in absolute shambles. After some nightmarish experiences with other contractors, we were dreading having to redo the patio given the scale of the job. Luckily, we contracted Polania Construction. These guys were phenomenal. They were both expeditious and meticulous; they finished our new patio so quickly and never at any point compromised quality. 100% you should go with these guys if you have a big job that needs to be done on a short timeline.

Adrian, Jerry and crew do a great job. Honest, skilled and an eye for doing things right are what makes Polania stand out above the rest. They are very neat while doing their work as well. You can’t go wrong here. They did our patio, retaining wall and steps. It’s not an upgrade, it’s a whole new yard now. Could not be happier.
Highly recommend Polania Construction. Crew installed pavers on our driveway and walk. Beautiful workmanship. Looks great! Courteous and friendly crew that respected our lawn and exterior of our house. Great communication and adherence to time line for start and duration of work. Very happy with the experience.
