Adrian, Jerry and crew do a great job. Honest, skilled and an eye for doing things right are what makes Polania stand out above the rest. They are very neat while doing their work as well. You can’t go wrong here. They did our patio, retaining wall and steps. It’s not an upgrade, it’s a whole new yard now. Could not be happier.
Highly recommend Polania Construction. Crew installed pavers on our driveway and walk. Beautiful workmanship. Looks great! Courteous and friendly crew that respected our lawn and exterior of our house. Great communication and adherence to time line for start and duration of work. Very happy with the experience.
We've used Polania for our backyard project and was so happy we called them back for our front driveway. And we're not done yet! We've suggested them to all our neighbors who are equally impressed with the quality & beauty of the work. I highly recommend them.
A friend recommended them. I called and made an appointment for step repair. I waited all day. What was worse I was hungry and couldn't go out to get anything. At 4pm I called them and left a message saying I was waiting. They never called. Don;t ruin your day waiting for someone who does not have the courtesy to call and reschedule or return a call.
Great quality was done in a respectful time along with very professional I had them redo my patio under my deck and around my I ground pool I also added an 15 person fireplace. Highly recommend to use polania construction
