Very fair and honest lawyer... Darci Poloni is wonderful. She has a new office address though, so call before you go. She helped us set up our family trusts including a special trust for my disabled brother. She helped my set up my corporation too - and reminds me to have my annual meeting and file my annual documents with the SOC.
