TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE - STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!!!!!!!! The team servicing customers including GM do not listen to the customer needs! do not follow orders! It seems that they do not understand customer needs. Also, they are changing given prices with out providing reasonable reasons for that. It seems to be a bunch of conn artists interesting in your money only. There are number of other US based businesses delivering much, much better service and professional handling of customer needs

To all existing and potential customers! Please be aware! This is Not a reliable company to ship overseas! I have recently sent a package via Polonez America company to Spain. Prior to shipping, package was well wrapped around with tick packing paper, secured with tape all over entire box. Upon arrival and pick up, the recipient noticed gap at the bottom side of the box with opening that look like a knife cut. Two items from this package were stolen! If I could put a zero I would. This company is total fraud. Heard about this company from a friend. They it takes a while for the package to get to the receiver but it’s cheaper and safe option to send packages to Europe. First package was sent very nice and smooth procedure. No issues at all. Second 2 packages took a while because they couldn’t figure out a dress even though everything was provided by email even twice. Polonez transported my moving boxes from US to Estonia. The boxes contained some very carefully packed ceramic items, and were clearly marked as "Fragile" and "Please handle with care". The clerk who filled the forms knew that I am sending household goods and did not warn me that these will not survive the treatment by Polonez. On their arrival, the boxes were severely beaten up, so many of the contents were damaged and my things broken. Even the courier said that he is not used to seeing boxes that look like this... I send package to Poland in 2019 - NO PROBLEM!! ARRIVED ON TIME, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES!. IN June 2020 I have send another package ( by AIR) SHOULD ARRIVE IN 5-8 DAYS! I was surprised to find Polonez Parcel Services in my area (Temecula/Murrieta, CA, USA) After reviewing their pricing, shipping and handling with delivery assistance to the recipient’s home address in the Eastern Europe, I was glad to find out reasonable costs. I saw that there were 2 locations in my residence area. However, when I called Temecula representative, no one has answered the phone. Right after that I called Murrieta’s location. Unfortunately, Polonez handled the move of my household goods from Eustis,FL to Prague, Czech Republic. Some of my belongings were stolen in the move including two bicycles and a vacuum cleaner. I had everything well documented, but Polonez refused to do the right thing and reimburse me. Problems can occur, but the party who is responsible, in this case Polonez, needs to take responsibility.
