I ordered an incorrect stepper motor for a 3d printer, unfortunately Pololu wouldn't allow me to return it. Never installed, just removed it from the package and discovered it was incorrect. Something inherently wrong with this not being able to return a product and I am out $70. No room for error here. 1. Maybe a better solution to this faulty return policy would be able to return the item for inspection, so they can verify it is operational and hasn't been installed. Then refund if they see fit. 2. I have used them to laser cut materials I have supplied and "in house" materials. Their communication is great with very reasonable lead times.
