I have been working with Dr Ben for over a year and a half now. Therapy is hard work and you may feel uncomfortable because in a sense you are probing and prodding at your defenses which have been built up over your entire life quiet literally. But like the uncomfortable feeling you get when doing strenuous exercise or taking on a new hobby, you will feel better lighter and more at ease once you move through the pain with the guidance of an expert like Dr Ben.

Very good therapist. Worked with a few before that just weren't for me and found him to be a breath of fresh air. Kind, honest, and direct. He's helped me a lot.
