Dentist didn't introduce themself, u/s scaler over heated and stopped working during my cleaning, no one apologized for this and the burn on my lip from it, spent 20 minutes looking for a hand scaler, not even sure a good cleaning was done, no radiographs taken, very eager to book me for a filling but won't call me back to book - go elsewhere!!
