Unprofessional. Appointment was scheduled for 3:15pm, barber texted (not called) me to cancel at 3:11pm. No apology. The text simply said "something came up. May we reschedule?" No apology. No information regarding times or day to reschedule. I replied "I'm not rescheduling." There are plenty of talented barbers in South Florida. I ventured into Polo Cutz's establishment after my previous barber's sudden departure, and the contrast was striking. Unlike other barbers I explored, some unresponsive or indifferent upon arrival, Polo the Barber distinguished himself by promptly addressing my queries via text.
