My family payed them up so that we could end our need for the storage unit.. I was supposed to come back the next day to get my items. We’re building a house and my girls get sick often. I somehow forgot. We never received any calls or notices thru the whole experience. The man has been nothing but mean and rude and won’t provide proper paperwork to prove what I owe.. we don’t mind paying since we forgot. But at least show us proper documentation. The units are newer and clean, but you have to deal with petty owners. They think they own the town and try to put other places of business out of business. Talking to the people who run it is like banging your head against a wall, they do what they want and can be rude AF. They don’t know how to get along with people, they are instigators and sneaky people.

Units are clean , good location. But the Owner is hard to reach, late fee starts after 1 wk. Late fee , and another late fee around 2nd/ 3rd wk..... After being ,2 -3 weeks late. Even after i paid all the bills up to Zero Balance .. He would lock me out Of my Unit...... When I called to inquire about it I was told" i needed to pay the current month even though my payment wasnt late. I did Not " Owe' any back fees.
