UPDATE: I’m very reluctant on deleting my reviews since this is the experience I had and I want to be very truthful, but I do believe this deserves an update. I had gotten a call from this salon’s management, which I really appreciated. They were extremely apologetic as per their word, this has never happened before. They have spoken to me and assured that the waxer gets additional training in order to about this happening ever again.
