Did not feel welcomed...Was not greeted, although the manager was at the door, observing people while they entered. Nor did this same person thank us for coming in while we exited. Prices were not really discounted well, nor was there clear instructions on protocol for the dressing room. It was not safely managed for COVID precautions. Staff was "seasoned" (aka older) and showed little interest in helping others. Used to be one of my "go to" stores. Shame how things have changed. Store lacks energy, nor interest in sales.
