I had a very disappointing experience at Polo Nails. The pricing kept changing throughout my visit. I was first told $85, then $80 after a “discount,” and when I asked for shorter acrylic nails, I was clearly told the total would be $70. However, at checkout, the price was increased again to $80 plus tax, with no clear explanation. Amazing service and people. I took my one year-old daughter To get her nails done for the first time, along with me and my sister. they were so patient and kind.
This place and staff is very very nyc… The nail artist Lyn she is really sweet and patient…i love the way she treated me and the nails i got are superb…now this place will be forever my nails place…All thanks to LYN
