This is a very nice building. Exceptionally clean. The staff is always taking care of the building and property. Only building with a full park. Newly renovated community rooms with a room open to the terrace and park. Recently a tent wedding for 150 people held. Good turnaround on sales. 90% of new owners gutted the unit and spend well over $150k. Indoor swimming pool with very high wall to wall windows is beautiful during a snowstorm!
