I was referred to this Dr's office and since my initial visit, I've done all the test he has asked of me but he rescheduled the follow up appointment til end of august. I last saw this dr on june 4th. His staff is very rude and unprofessional acting as I owe them something which I do not. Need to find a new neurologist.

Doctor Banuelos was my 3rd doctor for trying to figure out what ailed me. Dr Banuelos is very attentive, listens to your every concern. He will patiently consider all the options for investigating your health problem and then ask what you would like to do. He is calm, collected and excellent at diagnosing. He even conducted my EMG tests himself, instead of having an assistant do it. I know another person complained about his staff. Unfortunately, staff are paid low and typically not required to have any background in medicin... read more

Patricia in his office was very helpful setting up appointment and helping us with directions to the clinic. Overall staff was very friendly. Dr. Banuelos spent time to understand my concerns and I did not feel rushed. He communicates and explains very well. In general a very good experience.

Hopefully you never need a prescription. The Dr. himself is fine. The staff is incompetent. They clearly do not care about the patients. They regularly send prescriptions out with no instructions so they don't get filled. They are super slow in responding to inquiries about medications. My wife has been without her MS meds now for a month due to the staffs inattention and uncaring attitude. Take my advice, go somewhere else.
