I had a very bad experience with Polmot Auto Repair involving my Lexus CT200h. I brought the car in for a serious rattling noise near the transmission/damper plate area. I explained that I believed the damper plate/flywheel area was rattling. Matt told me he knew what the issue was and said the car needed a head gasket repair. He showed me a damper plate/flywheel from another vehicle and said this was the area making the noise. I asked if the repair would fix my problem, and he quoted $2,800. We agreed on $2,500 all in.
