Staff especially my kudos to Oliver and Kevin for what happened late Friday (Feb 2nd, 2024). Six-month-old Hot water tank started dripping some water very near to the electric panel, and we ended up calling Polman around 5 -530 pm. I was not hoping that this would be resolved, but Oliver was really helpful in understanding the situation. Kevin was at our place in 30 minutes and diagnosed that the tank was faulty. Got the tank replaced later. Thanks to both Oliver and Kevin, stayed till 8 pm on Friday night, replacing the hot... read more
