Great sales experience, terrific service and awesome advice. Got my trailer serviced recently, not a single issue with these guys, serviced and replaced stuff under warranty, great help as well with my chains and no fuss at all. Convenient drop off at their facility and storage y til I was ready to pick up my trailer. Great bunch of friendly people who remembered me after I bought the trailer 4 years ago! We’ve owned our dual-axel tipper trailer for a year now and it’s the best piece of equipment we’ve ever used. Well-built and reliable, works on our farm and there have been zero problems. Tows great and tipper system works amazing. Fully galvanised, electric brakes etc. and all works like a charm.
Don’t even waste your time with these people! Gave them my trailer to upgrade it 750kg to 1500kg the mud guard hit the tyre , they install rollers for my JetSki was rocking side to side and they rotated my rollers so they where wrong way around to stop the JetSki doing and I didn’t know as I don’t build trailers then 2 months later I have structural damage to my JetSki $5000 which they refusing to pay! Avoid them at all cost
