Sent our DMAX in for repair at Pollys Panels after my wife backed Into a street pole at Nichols Point.The whole experience from dealing with friendly Lisa at the front desk, with also the ease of communication between Insurance/Allianze and Pollys Panels, and with Andrews fantastic workmanship with his team aswell. Pathetic business they are very disorganised they take ages to send quotes to insurance companies. Most insurance companies have to chase panel shops for quotes absolutely this sort of behaviour is utterly unacceptable. Everyone who has a smashed car wants it fixed asap life doesn’t evolve a business to wait for a quote that should be done within a few days not weeks. My car’s rear bumper was falling off, and I was worried since most people told me I might have to replace the whole thing. However, he fixed it in just one minute and didn’t even charge me! He was super friendly, and this is definitely the best shop. Highly recommend!
