I order the prosciutto sandwich a lot, the first time I got it, it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. However, Every other time I order it, there is something incredibly fowl tasting/smelling on it. I think your arugula needs to be replaced more often because I took it off the sandwich and the sandwich smelled better. I’m not kidding when I say the sandwich is amazing when everything’s fresh but then it’s the worst thing I’ve ever bitten into when spoiled arugula is being used.
I live down the street used to love Polly's but they had some sort of labor dispute with their staff that resulted in people leaving en masse (and the shop being closed for a few days) and coffee and baked goods have not been as good since :( Oat milk latte used to be my favorite in the area but now it's weird and thick/gritty and I can never taste the espresso in it? Please work out whatever was going on with your staff! They made the place great and now it is lackluster.
Drinks are subpar to say the very least.
