Both ladies are brilliant,they put you at ease. The dentist herself always tells you what she’s going to do before she does it and is the kindest I’ve ever met and the nurse is lovely too,being able to laugh and joke with them makes for a relaxed experience. Yes the waiting room is small because it’s a former family house, its not damp and there is a gas fire they put on if it’s needed, there are plenty of books and toys for the kids too. Really bad 'Dentist'. Done more harm to my teeth than good. Ignored obvious problems that eventually got worse. Really needs some proper training. It's based in an end terraced house. The waiting room is an old, damp, cold room based in the down stairs. Even smells like a musky damp house, which is basically what it is! You walk in the front door and see a normal house! Very friendly, pleasant pair. OK, the waiting room could benefit from a little TLC and parking can be awkward but never impossible. The work done by the Dentist is good and being NHS it is affordable. Don't misinterpret the Assistant's wicked sense of humour. We were so glad to find this Dentist only 8 miles from where we live. Yes, I would recommend this Dental Practice.

Rang the dentist today in the hope of joining the practice. I thought the lady who answered the phone was rude and abrupt , perhaps staff should receive training in customer service.
