Beautiful campground with plenty of spots for larger tents. Has laundry facilities, clean bathrooms, and great showers with hot water. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stay again. If you're doing a walk-in, bring cash!
I'm happy to see Greene county has a place that is available for camping. Unfortunately the lake at Ryerson was lost over a decade ago and its a bit depressing returning to. The campsite does have running water and hot showers. Not a whole lot of privacy since the sites are close together and mostly bare in between. More of a camper and RV campground but still nice to stay out somewhere nearby a few times a year. Would love for some mountain bike trails to be created.
Everything here from bathrooms to a free water park is clean, well-maintained, and top of the line! Trails were great for hiking and camping sites excellent for camping in a tent or an RV. Even had some cabins that were reasonably priced you could rent. My family loved this weekend getaway!
