The office manager Aaron is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever felt with in my life. He made my husband an appointment in May, called back the day before my husbands appointment (30 minutes before their office closed mind you) to tell him he was canceling the appointment. He told my husband he has no idea why he has an appointment and there was no referral for him and just extremely condescending. Very rude gentleman answering phone when asking for a refill after pharmacy told me I needed to contact phycision for my mothers refill. He told me that was ridiculous and he wasn’t going to do it and I need to call back the pharmacy and tell them to contact him because he wasn’t going to call them it’s a waste of his time. That’s their job and if they call him, then he will be happy to talk to them… this is not how an office should be.
