I was skeptical to work with a counselor. Several months later I cannot imagine how my life would be without it. Polly is amazing at what she does. She is honest and direct and compassionate and caring with her approach. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease and is one of the most non-judgmental people I've met. I would recommend her highly to everyone who needs a counselor.

I saw Polly Carlson on a recommendation from a friend. I was surprised at how much time she spent listening to me and how she steered the conversation into areas I'd never before identified as problems. She is very understanding, non-judgemental, and a great listener. She has helped me more in the past few months than any therapist or doctor ever has. I'd highly recommend her, as she has honestly helped me improve my quality of life.

I needed a counselor and Polly Carlson was recommended to me. She is a really nice both as a person and as a counselor. The advises she gives me are priceless, and I feel much better when I'm following them. All in all, a great counselor.
