Lacinda is horrible. They wouldn't give me any paper work saying I was diagnosed with a disability, refused to even give me paperwork saying I was getting treatment. Lindsey is great, but the psychatrist prescribed me to dangerous drugs that were hurting me, and not listening when I complained about side effects.

I agree Lucinda is a horrible person, and should not be in charge of any program or facility. I have known Dr. Smith since around 2003, incredible doctor, incredible man. Carmen was a blessing, Susan Houck was a great therapist and there are no words for Dolly, I miss her dearly! My son died suddenly and Lucinda was cold, rude and fake as always. She knows I have been going to them for ages, and she hates people. I plan on writing the director and Dr Smith personal letters in reference to the way I was treated by Althea and ... read more
Lacinda McCormack is a horrible program manager. Extremely unprofessional. She simply does not truly care about the patients at all.
