Placed an order telling them my arrival time. They confirmed the order. Arrived at the restaurant earlier than the time I told them. After driving 25mins from home. And they said they were closed. I told them I had ordered ahead of time. They said the system already closed out. A big waste of my time. Zero customer service. How do they do this to customers.
