Always friendly, accommodating, kind and efficient
Actually the worst doctors I’ve ever attended. They have completely and utterly failed me. Then kicked me out for challenging them during a mental break down. They were well aware of my mental state and I had just been diagnosed and was very sick it autoimmune disorder. I am now doing better thanks to silverburn medical practice. They have managed to sort my health issues help with my mental health and get me on a long road to recovery. This is the worst reception I have ever experienced at any GP practice in Glasgow. The staff seem only interested in ending the call quickly instead of patiently helping, and they are not good at dealing with different kinds of people, especially vulnerable individuals. They have the worst appointment system and show zero empathy.
The doctors I have seen have given a very good standard of care.
