My 81 year old grandmother n law went in to this shop and was trying make an appointment for her brakes to be serviced at the desk when she was rudely told that she was interrupting his lunch by the man that runs the shop! Extremely unprofessional and unfair especially after her late husband has had they're vehicles serviced there for many many years!
