DEATH TRAP Pollock installed a domestic lift, and it never worked properly. About a dozen times they (or their agents) had to come to fix small problems that meant the lift couldn't be used. I specifically asked if there were a chance of the lift stopping and trapping my disabled mother. I was assured not. Yet this is what happened.
