HAD A LIFT INSTALLED BE THEM IN FEBRUARY 2023. IT BREAKS DOWN ON AVERAGE EVERY SINGLE MONTH POSSIBLY TWICE A MONTH AT SOME TIMES OF THE YEAR. I HAVE NOW HAD TO FIGHT WITH BRENT COUNCIL AND WON.I AM NOW WAITING FOR A REPLACEMENT LIFT FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO BE FITTED. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST ITS REALLY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR STRESS
DEATH TRAP Pollock installed a domestic lift, and it never worked properly. About a dozen times they (or their agents) had to come to fix small problems that meant the lift couldn't be used. I specifically asked if there were a chance of the lift stopping and trapping my disabled mother. I was assured not. Yet this is what happened. Over 7 hours she was trapped in the lift (I was out helping friends move). When I called Pollock to remonstrate, they assured me that an engineer would come the next day. Never came.
