I am deeply dissatisfied with the care my husband received from this doctor. During an examination, the doctor performed a scope procedure but failed to detect a large tumor, which was later diagnosed as stage IV throat cancer. This oversight delayed his treatment. Furthermore, the doctor’s bedside manner was unacceptable. I went to c this Dr. for my chronic sinusitis he prescribed me a couple of meds for me to try and told me if they didn’t help me come back to c him . The medicine did not help so I went back to c him and this is what was said to me “Y r u here I told u it’s not going to go away” so y did he tell me to come back ~ that was pretty ignorant !

Drove an elderly relative with new onset hearing loss for a first visit with Dr. Pollock, and I was impressed with the office staff's willingness to accommodate the new patient by allowing her to wait in the car until an exam room was ready. Additionally, the patient left his office beaming about Dr. Pollock's courteous and efficient ability to diagnose her problem and intervene with a solution that resulted in the patient's hearing returning to her normal baseline.
