Both Dr Darren Pollock & Michelle have such a great presence in their personalities and manners. They did not make me feel rushed, gave great explanations with drawing diagrams, making sure I had all my questions & concerns addressed, making me comfortable & validated during uncomfortable & private topics, and giving me clear directions for the next steps.
