We had an excellent experience with Dr Chang for my son's circumcision. The information was clearly given beforehand and everything was explained for the procedure before and after. Dr Chang was very professional.
I went to circumcise my 4-week old boy at Pollock Clinic, Vancouver location, and I had an outstanding experience. Arriving at the reception, the people welcoming us were friendly and super understanding after I noticed that I forgot to give Tylenol… one nurse came and give us the medicine. There was a bit of delay, but we were thankful for that since we needed a bit of time for the medicine to be digested. We visited Pollock Clinic a few months ago and, to this day, the experience still leaves a bitter taste. The service was not only subpar but downright dehumanizing. We were forced to stand in a tiny room for nearly an hour, repeatedly told, “The doctor will be here in 20 minutes,” while the door was shut on us every time we tried to step out for air with our infant.
