I am extremely disappointed with the care we received during my son's circumcision and the follow-up visit. Our son was circumcised at three weeks old, and at five months, we noticed some redness, so we went back for a check-up. During the check-up, the Dr. Pollock pulled back the skin so quickly and roughly, we didn’t know at the time, but there was an adhesion. My baby boy got his circumcision here at 7 weeks old. The clinic was very good medically, the staff knew what they were doing and my baby didn’t even cry during the procedure. Although, a week after having the surgery done we noticed some swelling and redness and tried to reach out to the clinic. They give you an emergency number to call in case of emergencies and then tell you to call the office for other inquiries. We had a great experience for our new born with Dr. Pollock himself. Booking the appointment was very convenient and accommodative. The surgery went really smooth and the baby got healed within 2-3 days without any complications. I strongly recommend this clinic and Dr. Pollock without the need to look for elsewhere.
It was worth the drive from Abbotsford. All staff were so kind, helpful and understanding.
