Great experience from the time you walk in the door till appointment is completed.
Although I'm not a patient myself, I take my mother to Pollock Dental, and I've been so impressed with the care she receives. The entire staff is kind, patient, and always takes the time to explain what's going on, making sure she feels comfortable and informed. They also worked with her by allowing payment arrangements when paying the full balance at once wasn't possible, which was a tremendous help. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients, and we're very grateful for the excellent service.
the most friendly professionalism & compassion from everyone starting from the front desk all the way to my evaluation by Dr. Braddy DDS was excellent. I am really glad I chose to come today.
