When I arrived 2 young women n lobby one crying shaking obviously upset? 2 gals at desk! No one offered a kind word, no Kleenex, no offer to take them o bk out of everyone’s sight??? I tried hard not to look at them!! Walked over leaned down n handed her my pk of tissues from my bag & talked for a few minutes finally got a smile!! Other patrons came in looking at her!!!
