I had a great takeout experience at Pollo Tropical. Assistant Manager Juan Reyes was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment I drove up. He gave me one of the best greetings I've ever received at a Pollo Tropical, and his positive attitude really stood out. Excellent customer service like his makes a big difference and is the reason I'll gladly come back.
Delicious cuban flavors in a fast food setting. Chicken is slow roasted on site.
Food was tasty. A little dry but very flavorful
I sat in the drive through waiting for 10 minutes with no response. They finally answered with a lot of attitude and very short. Then I pulled up to the window and there were four employees all with headsets on, looking at me nasty. They proceeded to give me the wrong order and didn’t want to make it right. I do not recommend this location.
