Today we placed a family chicken order online. I specified that I wanted both types of meat, dark and white, and they only sent dark meat, and the chicken was completely burned. After sitting in terrible traffic on Osceola, I had to go back to return it because it was inedible. The chicken was burned The food was terrible. Then they told me I had to call customer service to get a refund. I called about five times and they kept hanging up on me. Pollo Tropical has the worst customer service
At this Pollo Tropical location, the food was very mediocre, but the main issue was the terrible customer service. The treatment toward customers was completely rude and disrespectful, especially from one of the cashiers. Although the entire staff seemed loud and impolite, this particular woman was extremely rude, rough, and ill-mannered, making customers feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Luz the cashier is very very rude and rush you thru the order in a bad way. I won’t come back ever again.
