Diego (the cashier with piercings) who was working at 2:30 pm on Sunday April 13 took such good care of me and my gluten allergy. He triple checked everything was ok for me to eat, communicated to the rest of the staff, and made sure he understood my concerns and did so happily. This has never happened to me before at a Pollo Tropical! I really appreciate him and his help.
