Awesome food and service!!!
Been here on Thursdays for past 2 weeks in evening for dinner. Longest wait I have ever seen! Finally got our food last night after almost a hour wait, and the kids chicken tenders were burnt. Very disappointing. Spent over $60. My family loves pollo tropical but Brandon location just really could care less about customer service.
I absolutely love Pollo Tropical. One of my absolute favorite restaurants. The chicken is always grilled nicely with incredible flavor. Rice is fluffy. Beans are nice and flavorful as well. My only complaint is that often times I must check my order because they forget items which, for me, will ruin my entire meal experience. Other than that, definitely one of my "go to" good eats.

Otherwise great food that tastes good. Got two 3 sampler platters. The pork, chicken, steak, rice and beans were great. Succulent & satisfying. But… It would’ve been five if they remembered the Chimmichuri, our two rolls, and my extra order of plantains for $5. I guess they got a tip lol. Update; got two bowls one had steak one has scraps of steak lol. Why :(
